Network Relations and Business networking – Maintain close relationship with mobile networks, suppliers, partners and regulatory bodies in the industry to provide new market opportunities for txtNation and maintain existing connections.
The role requires the candidate to have a solid working knowledge of Spreadsheets (..xls) for analysis on rates, therefore having a have solid awareness of numbers.
Market Analysis – identifying areas (countries) to improve, expand and cost save.
Where identified, putting forward a business case to the business development team and management.
Internal Communications - Liaise with the development team regarding any connectivity work. Perform introductions between respective technical departments.
Contract Management – reviewing contracts from networks (suppliers), applying for new services and ensuring that the terms of our contracts are met in full. Working with the accounts team to resolve Contractual issues (Payouts/Invoices from Operators and agreements with major clients).
External Communication - Professionally relaying critical information provided by providers, regulation changes, charges, code changes, downtime notifications, internally and by producing public facing documentation.
This is an important role to all stakeholders requiring good interpersonal skills, working across all departments. You should be prepared to work long hours at times to succeed. You will be driven, organized and proactive to become a txtNation brand ambassador,
ultimately representing txtNation at conferences, trade shows and remotely.
